RETURN SHIPPING

We try to do best to satisfy our customers. Kindly reach out to us first, and we will attempt to resolve your issue prior to opting for a return.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns made within 30-days will be refunded to the original payment method.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE (Items must meet all these requirements):

Within 30 days of receiving items or before December 25th, 2023; it depends on which one comes first.

  • Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation email.
  • If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
  • Please allow 7-14 days after delivery for your refund to be processed.

FINAL SALE AND NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

Items purchased from the Holiday Clearance are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged or returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, and aforementioned non-resalable items.This also applies to all holiday items purchased after 12/24/2023.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If your order has a problem, please contact us by email or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without an RMA authorization through the return process. We can resolve most of the issues if you contact us directly.

An RMA number is required from us for all approved returns. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.

Orders received with incorrect or defective products also require RMA authorization.

REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. Please  email us on cs@silkfloras.com with your order number handy.

 For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

If an item is returned is not in the acceptable condition, we will reserve the right of withholding part of the refund.
